Trisha Smith

Trisha Ann Smith, 42, of Sunbright, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 3, 2017, at home.
She was preceded in death by her father, Warren Eddie Lewallen; and paternal grandfather, Eddie Lewallen, Jr.
She is survived by her mother and second daddy, Kathleen and Robert Dazey; children, Lacey and husband Jeremy Jones, Wayne Henry and Mckayla and Brandon Coffey; and two grandchildren.
The family held a Memorial Service on Sept. 9, 2017, at Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church in Pioneer, Tenn. with Brother Ricky Sharpe and Jesse Tussing officiating.
Jennings Funeral Home in Jamestown has been in charge of arrangements.
