Mr. Van, from the first day that I met you, I saw what a kind, generous and gentle spirit you were. You seemed to never have a bad day. You always had a smile on your face, always a positive word to speak. Even if you were busy, you always took the time out to see how me and my family were and always said "if you need me, I'm here".
