Not sure what to say?

I never had a chance to meet Randy's wife, but on my AT hike with him in Sept I could tell how much he loved her!

although it has been years since I have seen Velda, I grew up with her. I always remember her smiling face in school. She always said hello to me and had time to speak to me. I have only been back in the area a short time, and it is a shame I did not get to see her again before her passing.I just recently have reunited with classmates and it feels so nice to see them again.I know that Velda is resting beside God and looking down on us now , it is a shame she had to leave us as soon as she did....

So very saddened to hear of your wife's passing. You and your family are in my prayers.

Randy, the true test of success of a life in my opinion, is our children. Obviously Ann was an awesome mother as your sons are both precious people and always spoke lovingly of you and their Mother. So sorry for your loss. May God's peace and bring you comfort in the days ahead.

Randy, please accept our sympathy for your loss!

I am so sorry for your loss.

Randy and family,
Please receive our condolences for the death of your wife and the children's mother. May you be strengthened, sustained and comforted through your great loss. We regret that we never had the opportunity to get to know Velda, and that have not seen you, Randy, since the three of you kids visited us in Bristol many years ago. We have thought of you often since you have been back in Southwest Virginia and look forward to the opportunity to reconnect one of these...

Randy, Iwas sure sorry to hear about your wifes death. Ralph Kidd called to tell me about it. I will keep you in my prayers. Mike Hubble
