So sorry for your loss. I remember Roger helping my dad out on the farm. I wasn't in school yet but he paid attention to me and that left a big impression. God's blessings on all of you.

I was in my early adolescent years when Roger began to date my cousin Cathy. It was interesting having a older cousin already dating. Roger is 13 years older than I, perhaps Cathy is also.
Corresponding to that era was a commercial on television https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2dAzDtVr0M4 for Lava soap. I remember our family joining the family reunion at a park for my mom's side. Roger was walking along with Cathy and she stopped to introduce him. My sisters and I got the giggles...
