Vic was my Big Brother for a short time in my life. His impact on my was so profound, that even decades after seeing him, I always thought of him. He is a foundation block for the man I am today. My condolences go to Eleanore and his family...I find comfort knowing that he believed in Jesus Christ and will be seated in Heaven.
