I just found out today about Vince's passing. I am terribly sad to hear that such a beautiful, smart, classy and talented young man has left us all way too soon.
My most sincere condolences to his family & friends in Buffalo. Please know that he mentioned "home" very often and although he lived in NYC, he always had one foot firmly planted in his upstate home town.

Vincent was really loved at Ibis Isle in Palm Beach where he had a part-time residence. I live there too and we were close and often had him over at our place for parties, movies, etc.
On the 13th, just a week before he died, he e-mailed saying he missed us and wondered what was happening at Ibis. A week later.... it is so sad. He was such a cheerful funny person even when things didn't go his way, as happened a lot to him in his last couple of years. Vincent: you will always be...

My dearest Vinnie, you were one of my very best friends for twenty years! I will miss so much about you and the unique relationship and special bond we shared.
