Virginia Painter Perkins

Miss Virginia was my mother's first cousin. I had kept up with her over the years since my mother died in 1982. My daughter named her fourth daughter, Piper Virginia, in honor of her. Miss Virginia was a fine Christian woman, as well as the epitome of a true southern lady. The picture was taken about three years ago, the last time we got together, but we kept up by telephone until about a year ago
