To the entire Nitz family,

On behalf of the entire Morgan family we express and send the Nitz family our sincerest and deepest condolences. Owen was always very kind to us. I personally shared and prepared many a memorable meal for Owen and Jan and shared much good cheer and good times with them both. Owen was very kind and supportive when he was in town working on the IP project. I learned much from watching Owen and will always be glad that I was fortunate enough to...

To Ashley, Stacy, and Gina,
I'm very sorry to hear of your father's passing, as well as your mother. They were always very gracious and nice to me when I was involved in your family. They always made me feel welcome. Needless to say, I was a bit intimidated when I first met Mr. Nitz. As you know, I always addressed him as Mr. Nitz, to me it was more than just a form of respect. I really admired your dad. He was a man who commanded respect but also respected me. I was always...

Girls, I am so sorry for the loss of your beloved father. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the whole family. Your dad was such a great man. I hope you find peace through the wonderful memories you have of him. With Sympathy,

Owen, I will miss you and your wonderful stories. But, you are with Jan now and that makes everything good. Thank you for supporting Opportunity Village and other charities in Las Vegas. Your philanthropy touched so many people. Rest in Peace.

I just learned of Owen's passing. My deepest condolences to the family. To say he lived a Super-Fantastic (I can hear him say it) life is quite an understatement. I benefitted greatly from his counsel and mentoring. He is deeply missed.

I worked with Owen for many years at the UNLV Foundation in his role as Trustee of the Stocker Trust. He was strong willed but always had the best interests of the students and university at heart and was definitely a fun loving man! I will definitely miss him.

He was a high impact gentleman and a natural born leader. He always had a big voice and great sense of humor.
