To a loving man that i meet wheni was at north east u always know how to talk me out of trouble

My family & I count ourselves truly fortunate to have known you so well. There will never be another Wales and we are grateful to have had you in our lives. Peace, friend.

I am so sad to hear of Wale's passing. We worked together at N East parent& child Society. He was so full of life . He loved his work. We had so much fun and much laughter...

He was a champion.

So shocked sad and sorry to hear of Wales passing. Only recently became his acquaintance but enjoyed our conversations very much. He was an intelligent man and deeply passionate in what he believed in and stood for.. God speed my friend- Rest In Peace free from these earthly worries!

You had such an impact on my daughter's life...even when she was frustrated and acting inappropriate you never lost your cool with her. You were an amazing person and went great lengths to make sure everyone was "taken care of"... I have aways looked on your porch for your smiling face anytime I drove down your street... I will miss you. My condolences to your personal family, your assigned Families and your coworkers...until we meet again RIP Wales

Empire State College was profoundly impacted by the life of Wales Brown. He actively engaged in everything he did at the college, his studies, community building, and volunteering to help other students. He has been a true leader and we will all miss him. I had the pleasure to serve as his teacher, and he impacted me and my work through his passion. We all wish to express our condolences to his family, friends and community.
