Walter passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 2018. Walter was a resident of Montpelier, Vermont at the time of passing.

It is with a heavy heart we hear of his passing. Walter was a constant in our youth. He would wave to our Grand Mother Violet Davis when she sat in the window. It always made her day. Condolences to his Family and close friends. May he rest in peace and make some noise in an awesome cruiser.
