Not sure what to say?

Vida, Everett, and Elaine family friends I can hear Boogie singing Hot Sot Rawls. (mispelled) Charles Schiro

oh! the happy memories of his smile, wit and beautiful family, a friend to all who knew him.

I met Judge Burnside around 1960, give or take a couple years, when he came into the hardware store I was working in on Nebraska ave in Tampa. I could not get over how young he looked to be a Judge. Months later I had to appear before him for a traffic citation and he suspended my sentence. I never forgot him. He was a kind gentle man.

We can look forward to the promise that God has made in Jeremiah 31:19:

"And I will change their mourning into exultation, and I will comfort them and make them rejoice away from their grief."

Very hard to believe that it has been 20 years. Such wonderful memories with Uncle "Boogie" What a great man that is surely missed through out the community !

May the God of comfort grant your family peace at this time 1 Cor 1:3, 4

The sound of your foot steps still ring in the halls of the Hillsborough County Courthouse for those who respected and loved you. You were one of Tampa's finest, fair and honest Judges, never to be forgotten. Our sincere heartfelt prayers continue for your beloved family and friends. You were a true "Friend of the Court". I am proud to have worked with Del McLaughlin in your courtroom over the many years with fond memories.

I remember Judge Burnside , I campaigned for him when I was a teenager with my father Albert Diaz .
