Not sure what to say?

Thinking of you Walt. Can´t believe it´s been 6 years already. My best to Marge .

Walter was a great man. Even in the short amount of time that I knew him at WX, he was always helping someone and making people laugh. He will be missed by so many people. Thank you for allowing us to get to know him.

Dear Margie, I am so sorry for your loss. I will always have fond memories of Beepa. He was a true gentleman, always with a kind word and ready smile. I can only image what Drew's Kennels looks like in Heaven. It is comforting to know your parents are together again along with their many four legged friends. The vision of all those 80 pound lap dogs greeting him at Rainbow Bridge warms my heart. Please know my loving thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time. ...

It was truly sad to learn of the passing of Captain Drew. He was a wonderful person and I send my sympathy to his family. He was a night Lieutenant when I was a rookie patrolman and a model for everyone under him. Years later, when he retired I filled the vacant Captain position and again he was influential in my career. I am sure many people will remember him fondly.

I was one of the lucky ones. I got to know Walt when I played ball for him on the Drifters. He gave me my big break with the team.He was a great guy and mentor, a real class guy.I will never forget the kindnesses shown to me by both he and his wonderful wife, Marge. My thoughts and prayers are with you Margie and the rest of your family at this difficult time.Diane Seery

Margie and Family
Words cannot express the deep sense of sadness I feel hearing of the loss of your Dad. Walt was a wonderful person. I have so many memories of him and your dear Mother playing for the Waltham Drifters. Oh how I remember that trip down Mexico way!
Know I am thinking of you all during this very difficult time.

To the entire Drew Family, It is with much sadness that I send my sympathy to the family of one of the "Greatest Generation". Captain Drew was truly a Captain. He was a mentor, a gentlemen, and just an overall Great Guy! What a privilege to have him as my friend and my leader. I was pleased that I was able to share a conversation with him from Florida as recently as last Sunday. I will always remember our last words to one another. He will be greatly missed by me and Ellie....

Walter quickly became one of my favorite people. Im very sorry for your loss.
