Read MoreScott was a kind and friendly neighbor to my parents and to my self and my brother and sisters. He was always ready to lend a helping hand to my parents and was always a welcome visitor in our home many afternoon and evening. He made our family feel welcome when we moved into the area in the early 80s. He helped my parents acclimate from suburbia, to country life, and he made that transition for all of us a smooth one.
