Not sure what to say?

My condolences for your family.

I finally got a chance to meet Walter 2 years ago when I took my children to Plentywood to show them where their Dad, Rudolph A. Heppner, was born and raised. He showed us the family farm, the cemetery, and other interesting points of history. What a kind and wonderful person he was! We met Walter two years ago when our Mom took us on our very first road trip to Plentywood. Walter so graciously showed us where our Dad, Rudolph A. Heppner, was born and raised. He told us so much of the family history. We immediately fell in love with him! We loved listening to his stories! Rest In Peace, dear Walter-we will miss you!

Our deepest sympathies to the Heppner Family with the passing of Walt. Bill, Diane, Caitlin and Rob Nyby.

So Sad He was my cousin, visited with them a lot, when we were in Plentywood. He loved and I did too talk about our grandparents Mr. & Mrs. H. O. Heppner and Plentywood early years. We will surely miss him. Ed & Ruth Johnson

Walt always had a smile and a story. We will miss him. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Oh am so sad to hear about Walter. He was one of my favorite guys to visit when I got home to Plentywood or bumped into him at a lutefisk dinner.. My deepest sympathy....

Keeping all of you in my prayers for God to give you comfort and strength today and always. Your Dad was a very special man. Rhoda Friedrich Lagerquist

We are so sorry to read that Walt died. Our sympathy to all of the family. I know he really missed Vonna and it's good to think of them being together again. God's peace.
