Bill and family, Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time. Even though a parent's death may be expected, it is shocking and deeply sad. We love you, Nancy and Brian

It was a privilege and honor to have know Mr. Rodgers and served with him for many years on the Planning and Zoning Board. I have long admired him as a Christian, community leader, family man, and a fine southern gentleman. He was an outstanding citizen and a great example of one who has served God, country, community, and family. "Well done, thy good and faithful servant." May light perpetual shine upon you.

Bill, we are so sorry to hear of your family's loss of such an incredible man. His life sounds like it was full of spectacular achievements filled with service to all. Keep your memories close to your heart for there he will live forever.

Dear Rodgers family, please accept my deepest sympathy for the loss of Rick.
I worked with him long ago at Security Bank and he made such a difference in my life. He was one of those people who touches your life and makes it better for having known him. He was a great boss and friend. I know we all will miss his great presence on this earth, but we know that he has now seen the face of God. Bless you all.

Dear family,
We are so sorry for your loss. He served community and country well. He was a man you could be proud of.
