Warren Lee Nolen, 57, of Parrott, passed away Thursday, January 16, 2014. He was preceded in death by his father, Warren G. Nolen.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia W. Nolen; mother, Mary S. Nolen; stepchildren, Emily Quesenberry and Wilton Quesenberry and his wife Shelly; grandchildren, Jesse and Aubrey Morris; sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Tom Bentley; brothers and sister-in-law, Johnny Nolen and Freddie and Haleh Nolen; and niece and nephews, Elesha Wikle, Elijah Howard, Cotey Bentley, Melissa McCoy and Emon Nolen.

Warren was a Christiansburg High School graduate, and enjoyed camping and fishing on The New River. He devoted his time to construction projects, helping his friends, family, neighbors, and those in need with home repairs. He was fond of being at his long time home in Parrott and simply spending time at the river.

The family would like to thank the doctors and staff at Blue Ridge Cancer Center, LewisGale Montgomery Hospital and Dr. White?s office.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 19, 2014 at 3:00 pm at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 1:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
The Nolen family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.

Sorry to of his passing rip

You will always be in my heart and thoughts ,We will miss you every day. I am so glad for the time we spent together.

Pat, there are no words to express how we feel about the loss of Warren. Just remember that he agreed that you were the best thing to ever happen to him. He loved you dearly. We are here if you need us.

So sorry to hear about Warren's passing, My Condolences to Pat and Johnny and the rest of your family. Warren was so kind and funny. I'll always remember him like that.

So sorry to see you go but so glad that you are at peace.

There are few people in this world who put others needs in front of their own. Warren was one of those few. If you called him for help, you could always count on him to be there. I will always remember his help and kindness. My sincerest sympathy to his family.
