Not sure what to say?

I miss you, grandpa. Mormor, my heart goes out to you for the loss of a partner loved so deeply. I can only hope that Manuel and I will have 62 years of life together some day. I am so sorry that we won't be there for the memorial, but we certainly will be in spirit. With so much love,

Dear Rast Family,
So sorry for your loss. I didnt serve with the Captain, but I did know him. I was very thankful for the Fishing Trips he gave to me and fellow Coasties from the Air Station. He will be truly missed. I enjoyed the conversation's we had while on East Bay. My he have "Fair Winds and Following Seas" Semper Paratus.

Dear Rast family,
We remember Rusty and Bev from our time in Traverse City (1985-1988) many years ago. You were both such a fun couple and we really enjoyed the time you spent with the Spouses organization and the ward room at the Air Station. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and all your family at this time.

The R&R league won't be the same without Rusty. I know I'll hear "Rusty" stories from the R&R gang that could fill a book.
Rusty knew I relied on you for "golf tips" and Rusty would want you to continue providing me with golf tips - so I'll be calling you when I need help.
June has always admired Rusty's glowing personality and his smoothness on the dance floor at the T.C. County Club dances.
Bev - please call me if you need help of any kind.
I fondly recall the end of...

My condolenses go out to you, Christine, my friend of years past, and your family on the passing of your father.

Whenever I drive out Old Mission Peninsula, I often think of the Rasts when I pass the white ranch house inside the curve on Birchwood Drive. My folks were so fond of your family. Whenever some member of the family reminisced about the past in Traverse City, your names would always be in the conversation. Please let this remembrance confirm for you how well thought of you all and Rusty were from those times to now.

My best regards and warmest condolences Bev, Christy, and...

Dear Family,
I remember Mr. Rast from Traverse Bay Regional Planning..... he was a serious member and interested in the preservation of the Grand Taravers Area. I am sorry for your loss.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

Bev, Please accept our condolences for Rusty's passing. He was a great Coastie and a truely nice man.
