My sincere condolences to the Werner family. Warren was an exceptional man. I met him in October 1968 when he was reviewing the state inspection records at Bob Alspach's Mobil service station (now a McDonalds) in Sinking Spring, PA. We connected because we shared the same last name. Many questions and lots of laughter followed. I lost track of Warren when I moved to Annville, PA, in 1973.
