Dear Monica, Hope, and The Davis Family,

My sincerest condolences for your loss. It was a true pleasure to have worked with him as case managers at ECCR. He was so great with with the clients. I have always admired him for that. Webb was always there with a joke and a smile if you were having a bad day. I remember him at my wedding in 2001 laughing and joking around. He will truly be missed.

Webb had such a profound impact on my life. He was the most loyal, giving, and patient friend I ever had. I am so grateful for his daily examples of Jesus' love for others. Thank you so much for giving him all the love he deserved in life and the chance to be a loving husband, father, and son. I will miss him terribly.
