Not sure what to say?

River time.

At the river fooling around.

Having worked with Bill on WinCo stores, I found him honest and always did the right thing for Winco. He was a trusted partner to our success and he will be missed. The Badger family is in the thoughts of the WinCo family.

I am so shocked and sorry to here of Bill's passing. Both my husband and i worked with him at Alpha Beta and would go to the river together. My prayers for the family.

My friend Bill, I just heard of your passing. I am sad beyond words. You were always a very dependable business partner and a great friend. Our friendship goes back +25 years.
