Bill and I teamed up as providers of training programs in the District 86 of Toastmasters International. Bill was the other half of the first on-line leadership training program in District 86 with Bill leading and providing tech for the Owen Sound end while I anchored the Kitchener end. Bill was a mentor and fellow labourer for me and for many other Toastmasters in Southern Ontario. He will be missed.
