Billy was the most devoted uncle I could have asked for. We shared a love of animals, music, and ice cream. I will miss his kind, loving nature. Rest in peace. Love, Nikki.

Billy was my buddy for over 50 years. We shared many crazy adventures together over our years as friends. We spoke a couple of times a day, including his last day. Amazingly, he sounded better then he had in weeks just hours before passing. I will cherish the memories of our friendship the rest of my life. Marine Street will forever bring memories of you Billy. I take comfort in knowing you are reconnecting with your mom again. Also say high to Lee G. during your poker games. Miss you buddy....

I've lived two doors down from Bill for the past 17 years. Bill was ever-present in our neighborhood. He was the guy that would sniff out the unscrupulous and voice his opinion, if he felt it would disparage our area. He was the king of our "Neighborhood Watch."
