Its so sad to see so many people losing the battle of addiction but its a hard battle to beat!! I went to school with Billy and I Just recently seen him. Its sad to know that his family is feeling the worst pain in the world!! But just know Billy is with god and is in a better place!! Terri he will always be with u dont ever forget that!!!
