We are the cousins living in southern California. Bill has always been dear to our hearts. We kept in touch over the years by visiting when we came to Memphis. In the later years, we often spoke by phone getting "caught up" on family news. Miles between never weakened the family link. Mr Doom was a very special friend. We worked together at Gordon's Transports for years. I was one of his boys he took care of and always tried to keep me straight!!!!! We shared some wonderful and sad times. I originally went to work at Decatur AL terminal, transferred to Louisville Ky, Charleston WV and back to Decatur before the company closed.
