Read MoreWe knew Bill when we lived in Oak Harbor. He worked on our vehicles whenever we needed it and was also on the fire department. He was a friend and to this day when we travel through Oak Harbor, his name comes up when we pass Portage Fire District.

With all our love and thoughts to a wonderful family Bill impacted me and i know so many others with his kind caring heart. He went out of his way all the time to help someone somehow I'm glad I had car troubles because I got to talk to him a lot I could go on but please know we love you all at your time of loss he will never be forgotten that garage stands as a testament of quality integrity and sincerity always.
