Not sure what to say?

Mr. Elkins was a good man, who loved his family and his country. He was a great carpenter, and could do just about anything. I will miss him, and will always remember the chats we use to have at Riverview while working. RIP Mr. "E".

Mr. Elkins was a great person and a man who valued God, family and country in that order above all else.
There is nothing he would not do for his grand children.
I enjoyed my few years as Williams supervisor. We had a mutual respect for one another and I valued his opinion and his friendship.
He was missed when he retired and will be missed even more now that he has moved on to what I am sure will be his award in Heaven.

Uncle Bill you have a special place in my heart. You will be missed by all. I know you are in heaven looking over us all. Love the Kimbrough Family

We loved Mr Elkins and working with him at Riverview! He was so much fun and a great person. How he loved those nieces and nephews!
