Mr. Elkins was a great person and a man who valued God, family and country in that order above all else.
There is nothing he would not do for his grand children.
I enjoyed my few years as Williams supervisor. We had a mutual respect for one another and I valued his opinion and his friendship.
He was missed when he retired and will be missed even more now that he has moved on to what I am sure will be his award in Heaven.
