Bill and I met in College and we became great friends instantly. He was a great friend and I'll miss that infectious smile. We kept in touch through the years and I know he will be missed by all who knew him. I will always remember the countless good times we shared.

Bill was one of my 2 best friends in high school. He, Mark Bideau, and I were practically inseparable during our 3 years at CB West. While we lost track of each other after his second year of college, he was NEVER far from my mind over the last 40+ years. I will always remember his happy face, and "Mark Fitzwilly Incorporated".
