I remember him from my childhood. He was our pastor at Wilmont and good friends to my grandparents, Mr. And Mrs. Bernie Sales. Heaven has gained an angel.

I attended a revival at Harbor Baptist Church where Danny and Steve were the guest singers. Mike Holcomb was preaching the revival. The man who was sitting next to me looked and sounded familiar. I didn't realize it was Bill Funderburk. I enjoyed singing the bass part with him on the congregational hymns. It was my pleasure to be able to play music by the New Revelaires on WHVN in the 1970s. I'll miss you, Bill!
