Spokane - Bill Greene was one of the sweetest people you could ever meet. He cooed at strangers' babies, danced with the free-spiritedness of a 5-year-old, and gave hugs like there might not be a tomorrow. He will be remembered most for the way that he loved those around him with his whole heart,...

Not sure what to say?

Bill was a brilliant colleague and committed physician. It was my privilege to have worked with him.

Dr. Greene was the Dr. who took care of our firstborn son who needed a blood transfusion due to high bili count. He required 3 blood transfusions . I was a young new mom. I remember his loving demeanor and kindness to us as new parents . Our second son was born and required immediate blood transfusions . Dr. Greene diagnosed him in 1980 with a very rare genetic disease. Our son was the first child diagnosed with it in the United States. Dr. Greene was not going to stop searching until he...

Working with Bill Greene for 18 years at the pediatric clinic was an honor. His true passion and love for his work and the people of Spokane Valley was second only to his beautiful family. You will be missed in this world.

I don't remember that anything was off limits for our...

Thank you for your service to our country. Rest In Peace.

So very sorry to hear of Dr. Greenest passing. He was the best pediatrician to my 4 children. Wonderful man.

Bill was a talented, energetic renaissance man. The world was a better place when he was present with family and friends.

Hard work and long hours on behalf of the children of Spokane is what I remember most about Bill. Add a quick wit and lively discussions. Rest well and always know you were loved by so many.
