It is with a heavy heart that I heard about Bill's passing this morning. I worked alongside Bill for years as his retail partner at Pep Boys. He had a huge heart and loved helping others in any way he could. I hope you all find peace in this time of sorrow. He will definitely be with loved ones in heaven looking down on all of us.

Billy is my younger brother and I will miss him dearly. He was a loving and kind man that loved his family and friends with all his heart. I was lucky to share in his life as a sister and friend. In later years, he was the one who LOVED Christmas. He showered EVERYONE in the family along with their special ones...
