William Park Henneberger

William Park Henneberger of Alvarado TX; age 74 went to be with our Lord and Savior on Thursday, August 26, 2021. He will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, friend, and mentor to all that knew him. He was born in Los Angeles, California to parents William and Barbara Henneberger.

William and Rebecca's family consists of: 3 sons; Robert, Roy, and Kenneth. They have 5 Grandchildren: Joshua, Megan, Shelby, Kayla, and Brandon. Also, they have 3 Great Grandchildren: Emma, Harper, and Wyatt; with another Great Grandson on the way.

Bill entered the Air Force at a young age. He was proud to be an American and defend his Country. With multiple tours under his belt Bill would go on to create a legacy of service with the Armed Forces. "Wild Bill Pilot of the Airwaves" was a radio DJ representing the United State Air Force. Wild Bill met many well-known song artists and performed many "on site radio events. His career of service to this great country is decorated beyond marvel.

After retiring from the United States Air Force, Bill excelled in his education, receiving a Master's in Christian Care and Counseling, and a Doctorate degree in Philosophy of Pastoral Care in Psychotherapy. He also was an Ordained Minister and dedicated his life to talking to people about our Lord and Savior. Bill was also very active in Circuit Riders Motorcycle Ministry "Riding for Jesus", and also worked with the Veterans helping them to get their well-deserved benefits. Bill also worked as a volunteer Chaplain at the Estes Prison in Venus, Texas.

Bill deeply cared for people. He was always willing to lend a listening ear, and offer advice to anyone within arm's reach. By definition Bill was- Mr. Fix-It Man. Some of his favorite things to do were: repairing things, building things like decks and retainer walls. He loved to do landscape at every place we lived. Bill could do it all. The impact he had on so many people will forever be left unmeasured. We will all miss him greatly.
