Not sure what to say?

Sincere Sympathy from a neighbor at Stoney Bridge,
Bill was always a gentleman and pleasure to visit with. There were many nights that we chatted with him and Peggy when they were returning from their evening walk. He was a good man.
Sincerely, Kathy and Frank Calta

I am a member of Hopkins Rotary. I did not know Bill for long, but really enjoyed getting to know him. He shared his life story with Rotary, and his love for Notre Dame--he celebrated wins with "happy bucks." We bragged that we may have the oldest new member in all of Rotary. Bill and I talked about our shared experience of a spouse's death. He seemed to enjoy his brief time with our club.

I'm glad I was able to go with Bill to the NRHS Christmas Party in Dec.2012. I will greatly miss him.

I am so sorry to hear of Mr. Herzog's death. He was one of my dad's dearest and oldest friends. I remember visiting your home when I was a very young child. Your mother had a philodendron planter in the entryway and I was entranced. She let me wash the leaves with a paper towel dipped in milk. We then visited a lake/river with millions of geese in,on, around, and above it. It was magical; I had never seen anything like it. I will always associate those wondrous events with the name...
