Not sure what to say?

Anniversaries of a loved ones passing are difficult. I wish Mr. Jarvis family comfort in keeping the meaningful memories close at heart and knowing that their family and friends wish them God's continued comfort and blessing.

Coach Jarvis will remain one of the most influential people in my life.I had him as a coach my freshman and and sophmore years at Mt. Vernon Academy, and my freshman year at La Sierra. His way of getting the best out of you will never be duplicated, as he instilled in me a never say "cannot" attitude.

God Bless you Coach Jarvis.

My wife and I met Bill and Ada when they were in Oregon. We were becoming teachers. I was so happy to meet an Adventist that played football at a high level. We became good friends in a short time. Our happiest moments were with them. Bill and I played tennis like we played football, all out. We really missed them when they moved. Bill, thanks for the memories. Blessings to Ada and the boys

Bill had been a mentor to me and guided me on what became life-long work to promote evidence-based health care. I will always be grateful. I can imagine that he was very special to his family. I am sorry for your loss.

Bill and I taught school together in Parkersburg, West Virginia in our early years. He was wonderfully gifted and completely committed to the lives of his students. He was a great leader. The warm memories of those years remain and I feel diminished at his passing. Sweet be your rest Bill.

Hopefully Bill is playing tennis with our Dad (Frank). Our most sincere condolences to Ada,Will and Matt.He shall be remembered by our family in Revelstoke..

Mr. Jarvis will hold a special place in my memories of MVA and beyond. I loved the way he embraced life and showed such passion in his work and hobbies. I will miss him. My deepest sympathies go out to Ada and his family!

I signed the "Guest Book" for Mr. Jarvis, but do not see my name listed. I am very sorry for his wife and family and pray God's comfort and strength will hold them close. I was one of his students at MVA

Mr. Jarvis was a remarkable teacher and coach at Mt. Vernon Academy. I appreciated his high standards and worked hard to better my best under his influence. My heartfelt condolences to his family.
