Not sure what to say?

Tomorrow will be the third year of your passing, Mr. Jewell. You are missed dearly! Thought I would share this photo that I took of you at our condo awhile back.

Bill and I corresponded over a number of years after his friend Dan Callahan passed away. A survivor of the Battle of the Bulge, saved by feet frozen by the cold ground of the Ardennes, I had hoped he would pass age 100. He had a wonderful sense of humor. I will miss my pen pal.

Bill-- I remember you as a good and kind friend to my mother, Nelda Miller, who knew you from your work at Heinold Hog Markets. I'm sure many others knew you better than I did, but I'm sure we all remember your kindness and valued your friendship, as she did. Rest in Peace.

Uncle Bill, We will always treasure the times we had with you when we were kids. You were so patient with us and never said "no." The Sundays making hot chocolate at your office and then going to Burger King. You always had tapioca at your house and I remember making tapioca with you. We will forever remember you. Love, Margaret, Christina, Andrew and Michelle

Dear Mr. Jewell, Enjoyed seeing and visiting with you whenever we would be in Valparaiso, IN! Thank you for being a wonderful family friend to all of us (The Kendall Family). You always brought a bit of sunshine into the nursing home, whenever you would visit Mom and Dad Kendall. Thank you! You will forever be loved and missed dearly. Love and Fond Memories, Fred and Stacie Kendall

Thank you for always treating me like your own grandson whenever I was around. Rest In Peace Mr. Jewell. I will miss you
