Bill was always positive and friendly. I worked many years with his brother, Jim. Both, great guys.
I am so sorry I was unable to attend the services. I pray God's comfort to family and friends feeling this great loss. Keep the good memories in mind as you speak of Bill often. Although he is greatly missed, may all be comforted knowing we will meet again some sweet day.

My thoughts and prayers are with you today as you say til we meet again'.
Through the many odd hours of the day or night spent with Bill on our victim witness shifts, I always remember how many funny stories he would tell and just how proud he was of his son. He was truly a remarkable person and touched many people.

A good man gone to soon. He did a lot for people in the time he was given. Cousin Bill I will pray for the repose of your soul at every daily Mass I go to.

Bill was wonderful, kind and inspiring. I worked with him at PCJCC as a JIPS P.O. and him being a baliff. Always on the ball and totally professional. I used to kid him about our competition with new shirts and ties. We agreed to keep our standards very high. I will miss him greatly!

My memories of Bill go back 25 years. First as a next door neighbor, then as a referee for my girls when they played soccer and finally as my carpool buddy/friend for the last 10 years! As he said to me a couple of weeks before he passed, We laughed all the way into work and all the way home! You leave a huge hole in my heart. I love you! Milli

I had the wonderful opportunity to work alongside Bill at Juvenile Court. He was an inspiration to me in many ways--his kindness, his humility, his integrity, his continuous desire to learn (we both were always trying to improve our Spanish skills), and his devotion to keeping himself physically fit. My words just don't do him justice. I will miss him dearly but I'm so thankful I had a chance to get to know him and learn from him. I'm gonna miss you, Bill. Jovita and Jeremy, my thoughts are...
