Not sure what to say?

Mary Neil, Lori and I will always keep Dr. Kolter in our memories and hearts.

He was such an inspirational man, devouted husband, father, etc.

His love for the Lord encouraged everyone he encountered on a daily basis.

We will miss this genuine man of God.

Doc & Lori

When we have our next talk, "I need to see your eyes." A memorial will be given to World Vision. We are blest for having lived some of life with you.

Sharna and I remember with gratitude the kindness and humor that Bill brought to every occassion at SMBC; even during difficult times. I remember him as well as a physician at Memorial Southwest - relentless in his demand for excellence in the care of patients. He reinforced for me a life long lesson - if you're going to do something give your whole self to the effort. We have been blessed to know him and his loving wife. We will miss his return visits to Houston. Peace to each and all of you.

Our prayers and sweet memories are with y'all at this time Mary Neil, Elaine & Scott. His hugs, kisses and smiles will be missed.

God Bless With Our Love,

Mary Neil, such wonderful memories of Bill and you. Have missed seeing you both since you left Houston. Patty I am sure has welcomed Bill into heaven. What a great doctor, friend and Christian he was, and he will certainly be missed by many, particularly by you, Kenneth, Elaine and your grandchildren. I am praying for all of you during this difficult time. Howard Lee
