My Pap-Pap and Grandma, have been the most influential people in my life. From Pap I learned, Respect, acceptance, and that I could do anything I wanted to do if I just gave it my best shot. Nothing I ever did in my life was seen as bad, everything I did I was shown through his eyes that it made me a stronger person. I just got home earlier tonight from my brother's in Ottawa, couldn't sleep, & read your sad news. I'm having a Mass said for your Dad. I'm so sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. Nothing I can say will ease your pain, so I'll end by sending you my love & prayers.

While "dad" wasn't my biologial father he was and is my dad. After all he scolded (lovingly) at me when I did something stupid but that's what a dad does. When something went wrong he was always on my side but that's what a dad does. He was so proud of my accomplishment and made it known but that's what a dad does.
