Mr.Lorenz was one of the finest teachers I've had. There are hundreds if not thousands of people like myself who would not be where they are today without Mr. Lorenz.

Mr. Lorenz was my 6th grade teacher at Spaulding School 57 years ago. I will never forget how inspirational he was ! My sympathies on his passing.

So sorry to hear of my good friend Bill's passing. We were close friends and buddies for many years growing up in Roslindale on Durnell Ave. from a real nice family--Buddy, Dick. Doris and Helen. Our youth and time was spent mostly at Fallon Field playing ball. We all enjoyed each other. Bill,s Doris was a sweetheart. After Roslindale we did not see each other as much as we all married and sort of went in different directions with jobs and families and at times only saw each other...
