Not sure what to say?

Bob knew Bill as a tennis partner during their prime at the Racket Club in Crystal Lake, IL. I knew Bill as a fun-loving guy who wrote the greatest Christmas letters. Bob and I are very sad about his death. He seemed so big in life; it's just hard to believe.

Stephen and Allison and all of the MacAulay and Reskin families,

Your father and mother were some of the kindest and most generous people we have had the honor of knowing during our lifetime. I know they both loved you deeply and always looked forward to seeing you two. They are both already sorely missed by those of us who were lucky enough to know them. We are very sorry for your loss.

Sincerely,
Michael and Annie Christopher

Dear MacAulay Family,
I am so sorry to hear of your dads passing. We were old friends from the West End and I have many warm memories of him. My deepest condolences to all.

Steve and Allison, I am so sorry to hear about your father's passing. I have very fond memories of your dad at the Crystal Lake block parties and other events hosted by your parents. Bill was a terrific athlete, a great pilot and a true friend. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.

We had the pleasure of meeting Bill many years ago at Plymouth Country Club. He always made us smile and could always give a bit of "fatherly" advice. It was a shock to hear of his passing and he will be deeply missed around the Club.

Dear Steven and Allison,
I had the pleasure of knowing your dad throughout his years at O'Hare. He was an excellent pilot and an even better person. They say heroes make you feel good - well Bill always made everyone around him feel good. God bless your dad and the entire MacAuley family.

Dear Allison, Stephen and family:
You have my deepest aympathy for the lose of your father. He was such a pleasure to be around. Not only was he an excellent pilot, but a very dear friend. He taught me how to jog the right way and I always looked forward to flying with him and the pleasure of shareing time on the layovers. He was loved by all!
