Not sure what to say?

Bill you will be missed by so many. I will never hear an organ played more beautifully. Your guidance and friendship will stay with me my whole life. RIP.
Paula Reno Douglas

I was shocked today when I got the bulletin and saw Bill's picture on the front! It makes me sad to think that he is gone...but it makes me glad to think of all the memories from literally my whole life that included Bill!

My love and prayers to your family.

Fair winds and following seas - you will be missed immensely!

Bill's Family,
My husband Mac, our four children and I were members of First United Methodist Church from 1974 until 1984 and Mac was a member of the Masterworks Choir, a time Mac cherished so much. Mac passed away in May 2008; however, he always spoke so highly of Bill. We shall always remember Bill for his special talent, his wit and his friendship. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Bill had a tremendous influence on me as a teenager. I have fond memories of singing in the choirs, playing hand bells, and babysitting Brant and Susan. My thoughts and prayers are with all of his family.

Dear Mills Family,

Bill was an outstanding musician, director, but more importantly, friend. My 20 years in MW were a major factor in my life. My condolences to his family. The Heavenly Choir has it's organist and they can't do better!-Farrel Beck- Canton, Ga

Bill was a great musician, and he will be missed by many in Florence. My thoughts go out to Brant, Sue and the rest of Bill's family.

To the Family and Bill's many friends: I deeply regret that I was unable to drive down for the funeral today due to my wife's unexpected illness during last night. My thoughts and prays extend to each of you at this time.
