Great Doctor. Truly was passionate with what he did. Took very well care of my mother who referred me to him.
Found this upsetting news when trying to receive medical record information. How can someone get this information now?

Lisa so sorry for your loss. He was a incredible man. What you and him have done for people will never be forgotten. I just found out of his passing. Im living in North Carolina now. Again so sorry for your loss

Dr Neal truly was an incredible Dr , when I felt like ending my life, he rescued me from my weight issues and brought me to a new place. My heart hurts for his loss, I know he is in no more pain and is watching over us all. Lisa, may you find peace knowing that he loved you and was an amazing man.

I am very saddened for all family members. Such a wonderful surgeon. Dr. Neal truly changed my life. I will be forever grateful to him.

My deepest condolences to Dr. Neal's family. Although I only knew him a short time, he made a huge difference in my life. He is missed dearly.
