Not sure what to say?

I have such great memories of Mr. Nuismer's history class at MHS. Just a lot of laughs and a great break in the day. But he was also an outstanding teacher that made a difference, one of my favorites. My condolences to your family.

I met Bill on a hunting trip in Missouri several years ago. We became great friends over the years. My prayers go out to the family.

Bill was a college friend who married one of my college roommates. My first husband and I were good friends with them both. Bill was highly intelligent and fun to be with. I know he loved his teaching career and daughters. I will miss him.

I worked with Bill at Muskegon High School. Sorry for your loss. God bless and comfort his family always.

I worked in a ninth grade team with Bill and two other teachers in our academy years at Muskegon High School. We had so much fun and successfully taught many students through our academies. Bill was always the hilarious one - cracking jokes and trying to keep us serious but light-hearted. He will be missed - Rest in peace Bill!

Mr. Nuismer was my 11th grade American History teach in 1975. I have many memories of being in that class...the funniest was when I fell asleep in class...Mr. Nuismer had the whole class get up quietly and exit and had the next class come in the same way. When I woke up, looking around at unfamiliar faces (for my class) everyone started laughing. I don't think I laughed but...I did get an A in Mr. Nuismer's class. Thanks for calling balls and strikes Mr. Nuismer. May you rest in peace and...

Billy was one of my dad´s best friends, I had the privilege of having him as a teacher at MHS. I will always remember him by his incredible smile, and his great way of teaching. RIP Billy! Say hello to my dad, hope you guys are somewhere shooting the breeze. Monique Bullard(Jamison- Elliott)

I had Mr. Nuismer for American History in 11th grade at Muskegon High School. He was one of my favorite teachers. I hadn't seen him since high school until last year when I ran into him downtown. He always had a great sense of humor.
