Bill was the first neighbor to welcome us to the Alpine Drive neighborhood. He was a great friend and supporter and went out of his way to help. We admired his great devotion to volunteering for good causes, i.e. volunteering to help law enforcement, trail maintenance, children's causes. He was a great friend and will be missed. Bill Flanagan
