On October 8th 1934, WILLIAM EDWARD SHARP was born at a campground in Akron, Ohio... I'm not quite sure how true that statement is - but knowing how often and how many places Ed, Nancy, Johnny, Michael and Jimmy camped - it must have been true!
....and Mike, Jim and their families have continued the legacy.
Johnny was even born in TURKEY while they were camping - although some speculate that the camping trip was just a coverup while Ed worked for the US Government in some kind...
