Not sure what to say?

Rest in Peace in the arms of our Lord dear friend of 50+ years. A true Renaissance man, Blessed with many gifts, talents, and skills. Thank you for being there through good times and bad, with grace, support, and love. May God Bless Bill and keep him safe, warm, and agile, in heaven.

Bill lived down the hall from me at Lurie Terrace for many years until despite his admirable patience with his disease, he needed more care. He was a well-loved, active member of the community, a really nice guy. He and Bob Pardon went regularly to Dexter Bakery. My sympathies to the Sprentalls. To add a little to his history, Billy was also a heck of good outfielder (and my teammate) on the great Jim Moore coached Coke little league teams of the late 50's and early 60's. He was the fastest guy on the team, a good hitter and even better fielder. As we grew up, we went in different directions, but I've always remembered him as an early friend and awesome teammate. Rest in peace, Billy. -- Dave

Rest in piece Bill

Very sorry to hear about Bill´s passing. He was a high school classmate who we saw several win last few years until his illness prevented him from getting around much. Love to his family.
