Deb, John Lobeck from your Lansing days enjoyed Bill very much.

Deb and family. Jan and I are saddened to hear of Bill´s passing. Although we haven´t touched base for many years, I have often thought of him. He as my trainer in downtown Lansing and I always valued his friendship and leadership. Regrettably I didn´t know that he had returned to Manistee, since we are so close in Traverse City. We had many wonderful memories with Bill and Deb in Michigan and then in KOP. Rest well Bill... until we see one another again, we will miss you and cherished being your friend here on earth.

Mr. Tageson hired me at JCPenney KOP as a 16 year old kid and promoted me years later as a Department Manager in Children's. 29 years later and I still work for JCPenney at the Home Office. I always remember his sense of humor and patience. You will be missed and I will never forget what you did for me!
