Dear Judy, Angela, Craig and Family We were so sad to hear Bill has passed away. He was such a lovely man and a huge lifelong friend to our Dad Bruce Culpan. They had so much fun together from their early childhood to present times. It was a wonderful privilege to have known him.

TINNOCK, William (Bill). Well-respected and esteemed member of the West End Rowing Club for over seventy years. Bill joined West End in 1945 and remained a keen and dedicated club member throughout his life. He served the club in many roles, most recently as Patron and was a Life Member. His friendship and encouraging support to our members young and old was greatly appreciated and will be missed.
