Not sure what to say?

Bill Tobin was a fine person. I knew him from his days at LaSalle in Phillie. He was on the track team and good friends with soon to be husband Bill Duryee who also ran track. When we had our first daughter we chose Tobin for her godfather. He came for her christening. When Bill T. Went to Vite Ñam he took a small photo of our Carin into battle. When he returned he showed me the mud stained picture and said it got him through the war. Bless him I hope he had a wonderful life. Caryl Duryee

Hi Maryann, so sorry about Bill. We are in Key west. I just read about Bill. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Peace!

Mary Ann and family, I am so sorry to hear of your loss... I will keep Bill and your family in my thoughts and prayers....

I didn't know Bill too well.He seemed to be a very good soft spoken man who loved his family very much. You could just see that he was a"Loving Husband","Father",&"Grandfather"who will be greatly missed.May he "Rest In Peace".

May you rest in Peace.

Although maybe it was "for the best", it is still a very sad time. I'll miss talking to Uncle Bill about "Handsome John" (a.k.a Brother John Owens) who "Pete" knew from his West Catholic days & who I got to know from my many years at La Salle. I'll miss hearing Uncle Bill saying "righto", but... "righto" will live on (since it has become part of my vocabulary - ha ha). Echoing Dom's sentiments, those surely were wonderful times we shared. We all miss those days, but know we are each truly...

Mr Tobin May Our Good Lord Forever Keep You In His Care And To Mrs Tobin And Family Our Sincere Condolences May Our Good Lord Comfort All of You In This Sad Time Of Your Lives Sincerely The Zampitella's Port Richmond Pa

Those Perfect Sundays.
The whole family, grandmom and grandpop's living room, sprawling on the floor, sunshine, Doritos, Grandpop urging ''rubber legs'' Maddux home, shooing Mary Ellen away from the front of the tv (seemingly the only place she liked to play), Pepsi cola, Phillies baseball and uncle ''Pete''. God I miss those days. I will miss you greatly Uncle Bill, love Dominic.
