We are sorry for your loss and will keep you in our prayers. I first met Bill at Hatteras, long before I moved to Vanceboro. Bill was a true man of God and wanted everyone to know that. He was a living testimony for God and others respected him.. He always had a smile on his face, had something to say that would bring a smile to someone elses face and was always willing to help others. My thoughts and prayers go out to your family. Mr. Bill will be truly missed. He always had smile on his face and something good to say. Our days working together at Hatteras were good and made us more than friends, he was family.
