Dear Rita, there are no words sad enough to express how we feel. Not just us but the entire amateur radio community worldwide. You and your wonderful family have my sincerest thanks for allowing me to share in his final weeks. It was a privilege.

We have lost a very intelligent and humble man. Bill was always the man of reason and I called upon him often in my tenure as President of the LARC. Bill gladly shared his knowledge to all and used his wit and humour to simplify the most complicated theories and concepts.
